1. Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Slim Coffee Booster. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date you received your order. This applies to all Australian orders and is consistent with consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) and, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order:

- Include your full name, order reference and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Once we receive the returned item in its original, unopened or minimally used condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Conditions for Return
- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Partially used products are accepted for return under our satisfaction guarantee.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been used beyond a reasonable trial period, or where the packaging has been damaged by the customer, may not qualify for a full refund at our discretion. We will assess each case fairly and in line with Australian Consumer Law obligations.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at hello@siftingoanewiu.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
